Hi! Welcome to Glutenfreelady.nl. I am Kati and I follow a strict gluten free (and dairy free) diet. I was diagnosed with celiac disease and Hashimoto's (autoimmune hypothyroidism). Diet is my medicine. I use food to lessen my multiple body complaints and I can tell you it is working! I know, a diet might be overwhelming at times but if you are driven to improve your well-being, nothing can stop you from achieving it.
